The Drug Take Back program was a success but you can still continue to drop off your unused, no longer needed prescription-only medications any time throughout the year.
The Screven County Sheriff's Department collected 87 pounds of prescription medications from the public and it was turned over to the DEA for destruction on October 25, 2021. Although the DEA only collects bi-annually, the public can drop off their unused, no longer needed prescription-only medications any time throughout the year. Help us continue to make this program a success. Contact us for more information.
