Wednesday- July 13, 2022 The Screven County Sheriff's Office and the Sylvania Police Department were training at our local schools. The deputies and officers train for "Active Shooter Response". This yearly training is to keep our Students, Faculty, and School grounds secure in cases of the unfortunate event that such violence would occur in our community.
